Saniflo Service and Repair Visit

Book a Saniflo Service and Saniflo Repair here and choose your callout service level.

Callouts are categorised as :-

1. Emergency
2. Standard / 1 call per year contract
3. Maintenance Contract > 1 callout per year

Your call is scheduled depending on the category chosen above.

Each callout category has a different rate depending on the urgency and the product group selected, as indicated by yourself. Should the product be different when the engineer arrives on site, you will be notified of the additional charges and need to pay for the visit before work can commence.

When you have selected the correct product on your site, please choose N/A in all the other categories. Should you select “Don’t Know” and the pump is not a saniflo unit, please attach a photo of the unit as we may not be able to service it and you will be charged for the callout.

Saniflo Service calls received before 10 am which are marked as emergency have a site visit the same day. This can be up to 10pm that night. Anticipated time range will be communicated when booked into the schedule.

Saniflo Repair calls received after 10 am which are marked as emergency have a site visit the following day. Anticipated time range will be communicated when booked into the schedule.

Each call marked as Standard is attended on site within 2 days and again the anticipated time range will be communicated when booked into the schedule..

We only work with saniflo service engineers who have been installing and servicing these units for a minimum of 5 years and have attended saniflo training.

The saniflo range of products fall into two broad categories – Domestic and Commercial. There is an attached listing of the product names and the categories they fall into. This is to assist you in completing the order form and for future knowledge of your pump system.

We only use genuine SANIFLO Spare Parts.

We supply three standard kits for the various models to ensure best performance after a service is completed. The engineer you call out can fit these parts for you as not all carry these kits or spares on their vans.

Cancellation and refund of a callout booked here and paid for will only be processed if notification is received by email 24 hours before the scheduled visit.

If the engineer arrives on site and you do not want the job to proceed, there will a minimum callout fee charged and a portion of the balance can be refunded.

Refunds will be made net of any bank fees or charges levied by the card companies.
