DRAIN IT undertake all Saniflo sales, repairs and installations and clearing Nationwide. For general repairs we have a standard labour charge of €140.00 ex. VAT and parts.
THERE IS “NO” call out charge which means you don’t get charged for the engineers time from the office/yard to your door like most drainage companies before any work is carried out.
Should your unit be beyond economic repair, the fitting of a replacement unit is covered in the price excluding the cost of the macerator, unless further works are required i.e. removing of boxings/alteration of pipes etc. An hourly rate of €45.00 per hour plus materials will be charged accordingly.
If the unit is under warranty within the two years and is found by one of our engineers to be faulty we will endeavour to repair or replace the unit on the same day Free of Charge. But if we attend the site and find sanitary towels, condoms or any other foreign objects in the motor/pipework the customer is liable for the cost of the service call on the day.
There is a minimum surcharge of €75.00 for the removal and refitting of a toilet or the opening of boxings/tiled access etc. to gain access to the pump.
These charges do not include the cost of a replacement pump.
All deliveries must be checked before the courier leaves as any breakages etc after will not be covered .

Please also note that all credits are subject to a 20%re stocking charge and Items must be in the original packaging and in its original unused condition
